My German has gotten bad, but its all sarcasm as you might expect. It starts out talking about top speed of 100km/ hour but only with his right foot fully pressed he is 0-100 in about 8 minutes. The window shot is about the safety apparatus on the window and then he starts shaking to describe the vibration in the linkage.
Much of the rest is way too fast for my brain.

more translation...the last part he says: "my mercedes lives on the street cause he's a gangster...he goes by stroke-8 or w114...pull the choke and wait 30 seconds...start the engine, drive, then park it". there's more i can barely make it out...lol...
