Anyone have a bead on these for a little cheaper?

OEM MERCEDES NYLON SCREEN OIL PRE FILTER 220D 240D 300D on eBay!

I picked up a similar Hengst one from ********AZ, and it was different on the bottom in the way it sealed to my oil filter, left me a little concerned about whether it would be damaged upon tightening the canister, and whether it would even function properly...

PS the part number (or serial on the original at least) is:

mann 000 184 57 25

I did quite a bit of looking for one of those about 2 years ago when I got Ben (check the thread in the Vintage forum) since he came without one.

You should be happy you found one. I didn't think they were still being made.

Thanks for the responses. The guy on ebay said he'd sell 3 for $60, sounds like I should be happy to get them for $20 apiece. Since you only have to clean and not replace an intact filter when doing an oil change, I think 3 should last quite awhile... What do you guys think of the Mahle oil filters? Last oil change I just bought a filter from Napa, but I am worried about sticking to OEM with the way these two filters need to connect properly and seal...
