Radiators Double Core/Triple Core?

Here's a pic of the radiator in my '82 300SD

This one I pulled from an '84 300SD in the junkyard today, looked very clean inside...when I took it to the car to size it, everything is the same except the thickness of the core

my question is...will this matter alot?? does anyone know the spec difference between these two parts? They're definitely different. I'm sure it wont cool as well, being in FL this would be a concern...mine is oozing from the over flow nipple, I keep leaning on the hose and I cracked it...going to try to re-epoxy it again...but having a backup radiator would be nice...should I take this one or hold out for a thicker one...or does anyone want this one?

I can get and give a nice price on it if it will help someone out.

I think your concern about having as much cooling as possible in FL is a good one. If you use the thin core I would plan on replacing it for summer.
