How does one remove the windshield washer nozzles from a 1985 300D?

Regards,

Yeah, I need to remove mine to clean them! I'm waiting for ideas, btw.

Well I looked up this diagram to see if I could give you instructions as I had mine out a year or two ago. If I remember correctly, unhook the nozzle from the hose and very carefully, (I believe I used a very small 2" long vice grip), get a very gentle bite on the nozzle on the top side and carefully rotate it one quarter turn. http://mb.ilcats.ru/part/class/1/ccode/F/cat/68K/type/123/subtype/123/group/86

Something like the tool pictured in post #2 is the best way. I have an old typewriter tool that fits perfectly. I believe it is about 10mm ID. Any small piece of pipe that fits over the nozzle body from below and compresses the wings will work.

Thanks, all.

A 1/4" pipe nipple, deburred on the inside, will push them right out.
