Anthony, in your picture,,, Directly to the right of the Red Dip stick handle... is the glowplug , the fuel lines are the stiff metal tubes , one of which goes to each injector.... and are higher on the engine than the glowplugs....Greg

ARG

Gordon Bennett those are gonna be tough to get at. There are 5 right? Are 2 on one side and 3 on the other or something because I can only see 2 on that side of the block.

GRRRR.

Anthony, did you only want Gordon B to reply? All the glow plugs are in a line , yes there are five, one for each cylinder... and yes they are a pain to get to ... Greg

Oops.

I assumed there were a lot more brits on these forums than this. Gordon Bennett is basically "God dammit". Its a swear for all intents.

When you say in a line you mean all on one side of the engine block or some on each side?

I figured that out,,,was just being funny... Yes they are all on one side of the engine in a straight line.... when you start to work on them I suggest putting a blanket in the engine compartment under them,, I kept dropping tools into that crevice under them... very tight to get them out.... Greg

Anthony, here is a pic of the old style,,, big, clunky, with wires between every other pair that look more like the springs in seats..As compared to new style which is more pencil size with regular wires running to each one...Greg

Anthony,

Thanks for starting this thread! I needed to know the exact same thing, only I didn't wait to find out which glow plugs would fit. I just went ahead and ordered them! I better go see if I ordered the correct ones.....hopefully. Anyone know the FastLane return policy?
