GDL Cruise Control Price Hike
For you cruise control aficionados out there, I just noticed that GDL raised their prices for the first time in a long while. Amp rebuild now $295 and actuator tune-up now $135. Glad I got my 91 in under the wire! My 92 is is also working perfectly but with used Ebay parts, so I'm sure it's living on borrowed time.

I had a forum member "Jamesdean" rebuild the amp in my 1985 300D, he has a nice test setup to ensure the amp works properly after rebuilding. My cruise works great, im happy to finally have working cruise for all the miles i put on the 300D. It was a pleasure doing business with him, very highly recommended in my book.

Or you can test your actuator using JamesDean's instructions or the instructions posted on the GDL site. That's what I did with some help from JamesDean.
