There has been a black one getting around a town near here for about a year. looks like a local accountant's wife uses it to run the kids to school. looks good, seen it take of from the lights ~ it flies !!
I didnt know it was only a 3 ltr 6. the gasser comes as a V10.
Probably under the hood it would be plastic covers every where. The plumbing & wiring would be like a big city road map.
You would be welcome to the head ache Jim !!!

I wouldn't want to have to change the belt on that engine! It looks hard enough to do without it actually being installed in the car

They are big gallons & figures are for people with a weak right foot.
The car looks bigger than a full sized Toyota landcruser.

LOL

The ones that I hate to see come in the shop are the 160k+ miles BMWs with the lifetime fill tranny that has never had fluid/filter change. I find it hard to have to tell the owner that there is a probability that he will need a transmission rebuild if it gets changed. I won't touch them.

Had a BMW 545i in the shop today doing some service work on.

Over here young kids with too much $$$$ go for ~10 year old BMW's. I guess its a good way to get them off the road & into the wreaking yards. Average time till written off is about a year !!

LOL

There is good money to be made working on old BMW's:).

I've seen a black one running back and forth on US 50 between I-495 and the bay for around a year and half now. It's got "DIESEL" written down each side near the bottom of the doors.

I've got a phone quality picture around here somewhere...
