Really? Notice any wagons? My '84 rear hatch glass is missing. I have been to Fairfield but never to Richmond - how many diesels did you notice? Thanks!

Good luck with that, that's a tough one. There's a wagon up in Portland. I'm heading back there in a week and could pull the glass if you want to work something out. PM me

At Richmond, there are two 240s, a 300sd, and a 300d

Soooo expensive. I asked them about an om617 valve cover and they quoted me over $100 for a used one

Man, that's really too bad. I've never actually used them, only lusted after several of the cars they have there. I picked up an entire working head at Pick n Pull for less than that!

That would be great! An extra hatch glass could come in handy -how much?

Has anyone been to the Stockton Pick n Pull? I was told by a manager that it's their biggest yard in NorCal. I'd hate to go up there on a whim and not find anything I needed.

you do realize their website lists the cars (make, model, year) they have in stock at each yard....

They only list the series not the model. So you don't know if it's a 300e or 300d or 300sd or 300td.
AND, they frequently screw up their online inventory. They put the wrong year, wrong model, wrong row number, etc. I never trust their computer system.

You do realize that the website does not list whether or not a 300 series Mercedes is a diesel, nor does it list the color of the cars don't you?
