My guess is both. It is certainly the "diffusion" or spray pattern as most of the literature calls it. As for the quantity, if it is worn then I think it is a safe bet that the wear and tear of a zillion "pops" will cause more fuel to be squirted into the pre-chamber, although I suspect that any small increase in fuel is not helpful when it is being "peed" into the pre-chamber. Actually, those who mod their engines are always looking for more fuel (and more air); however, in this instance, more is not better as the method, manner, and deliver of atomization is the key. The latter being a trade secret of the nozzle makers since I asked them a bunch of times what makes their nozzle better or different. Every time I asked that question, I was told it was a proprietary issue. As for increasing the quantity of fuel, I got a moded "M" pump with 6mm elements and that pump's performance is bound and determined by the way those injectors "squirt" fuel into the pre-chamber. So, if one had to go to the next step in the analysis, the atomization is more important than quantity, and then making sure that the injectors are balanced at the correct PSI.

As for sourcing, SEAN WATTS is the cheapest for Monarks, but he's not selling apparently. As for Bosio's, the cheapest is Kermit (sic). I will try to find their webpage.

This is with new nozzles?

Hello,

No. That is for the service and postage back to the customer.

The nozzles will cost at least $100.00 for a set.
