What should I use to fix my Mityvac leak?
My Mityvac fluid extractor has a leak. It's at the fitting on the top of the canister to which the extraction tube connects. I can hear when it's extracting and fluid leaks when it's dispensing.
I'm not averse to buying a new one if I need to. But what I'd like to try is some sort of glue or adhesive or something that would completely seal it off and wouldn't be compromised by any fluids that happen to flow through there. Any recommendations? Would JB Weld perhaps be a good choice?

there is an epxoy product called plastic weld, it works GREAT. holds pressure, and isn't affected by much of anything...

not sure, it's on the isle in most auto parts stores with all the RTV stuff. along with all the jb weld, and other types of epoxy.
there is a 5 minute type and a yellowish 30 minute type, I use the 30 minute stuff.
