steering column swap
 

I'm contemplating swapping out my steering column in my 116 with one of a 115 or 108 so I can have that awesome lookin bakelite steering wheel instead of the somewhat mundane one that is correct to the car. I already have the steering wheel, but only to find that the shaft on the 116 is slightly bigger rendering it incompatible without a modification.

I already scoured the internet trying to find a hub adapter, but to no avail.

Has anyone done this sort of thing before?
