606 fuel lines wet... where's the leak?

Diesel fuel line leak that is.
There seem to be some leaks in the fuel lines buried under the 606 intake manifold on my diesel, some of them look they are factory molded ($$$).
I spray them off with brake clean, blow dry with compressed air and look with high intensity flashlight...but can't find it yet. The top of the IP is dry, so not the usual IP valve o-rings which have been replaced recently and injector return lines, after running for 5/10 min. and it's really hard to find this leak!!! I'll take it for a short drive, pull over and all the black fuel lines are wet. I have done this 4 or 5 times and am wondering If anyone here has had good luck with UV fuel dye? I've never used it. Any thoughts, suggestions?

THX

Cute as the title is, it's best to use one that defines your question!

The lines are $60 or $70 for all of them. Not so bad, and having new clear lines with fresh orings is helpful for the next time.

When looking for a leak, find the wet spot and look forward of that point. The fan blows the wetness rearward typcially. Feeling for wetness works too. You can move the windsheild washer bottle to get some access to reach under the IM.

Common leaks are people throwing the prefilter oring away when they replace it, pushing the white horseshoe clips tight around the fuel lines (the clips are spreaders used for removing the fuel lines, and should be loose and floppy properly installed), the fuel line orings, the SOV oring and DV orings. In that order.

Disregard the part about moving the windsheild washer bottle. From your other thread with the kill button photo its now apparent you ahve a 95 and not a 96-99.

Adding that info to your signature will avoid that confusion in the future.

I got all the o-rings , are you saying to get the entire plastic piece that has the metal clip?
I will definitly listen to the pros here, that's why I joined. I just don' understand all that I should get but I can see some of the hoses are factory molded for sure.
Thx
