If your first test was valid ( I don't think it was ) then the difference between the first test (dry ) and the wet test would mean that compression was leaking around the piston rings.
I would replace the 5 glow plugs you can, using anti-seize on the threads, and just drive it. At 225k your engine should be fine unless it has been abused.
