A line will come from the top of the VCV to the transmission.

The yellow arrows point to the top of the VCV and then the black line going to the transmission.

Just to be clear, the line going from the ALDA on the injection pump to the intake manifold via the overboost protection switch, is not a vacuum line. It is a pressure line. There should be one brown vacuum line going to the injection pump shut off valve on the back of the pump down between the pump and the oil filter housing.

Isn't there something wrong with that picture? The line going to the transmission appears to T off from the line going in to the top of the VCV. That line feeds the VCV. Doesn't the line to the transmission come off the side of the lower portion of the VCV? What would be the point of the transmission vacuum line T'ing off the feed line to the VCV?

I also don't see a line going to the ALDA in that picture. Is there one?

No, nothing wrong, I have eliminated the egr vac line routing, so it isn't stock.

You can't see the ALDA pressure line, as it's under the three way.

The lower orifice on the VCV is a bleed line (large black with red stripe), ending inside the cabin to draw in clean air.

The line on the lower left is connected to the main vacuum line.

I had to crop the pic, as this site fails a formerly successful pic upload.

Ah, yes, an 85 is even different from my set up.

I don't have the blue flying saucer.
