'75 W115 Column Shift Indicator Adjustment? Anyone kknow how to do this?

Hi, does anyone have the procedure so that I can adjust my column shift W115 300d. Arrow is off from park, Neutral, Drive, etc and I would like to align correctly. Under dash somewhere?
