1981 300s head gasket oil leak

found a oil leak in the back of head gasket... i cleaned the motor very well when i replaced the exhaust gasket and turbo and found that i have a leak coming from both sides of the rear of my head gasket... Im sure this is a labor intensive job but what else should you replace while im at it.... do i have to get any machine work done...

Mine had the same deal. Need to replace the head gasket. If you don't mind quarter sized drops of oil in your drive way every night, then I would let it go. Mine did not lose an entire quart between changes. You are looking at a LONG weekend of wrenching.
