I've ever seen. An 82, and it's for sale. Not listed, it's at a yard sale. When I go back that way today I'll try to get pics.

Near perfect paint and interior, uncracked dash, seats are not blown out
AC is ice cold
zero rust
new hood mat, window rubber is all new, receipts for tranny and valve adjustment and about 2 years' worth of service. Underhood is not detailed and is remarkably clean, no leaks or weeps.
It has a greasecar conversion, but the owner says he didn't use it after a couple of tanks as WVO was too much hassle. This is a negative for me, but I don't know what to look for to see if running grease has hurt the motor.
The car is almost too good looking to believe. It has about 275K miles but sure doesn't look it, more like 27.5K
The guy is asking 5500 bucks though and I'm a bit short so I'll probably pass, sadly. They just don't bring that kind of money around here.

Be really nice to know where "...around here>" is. Not for me but for a friend.

I wouldn't be concerned about VO usage if it was done properly. You can destroy a diesel with petroleum fuel too you know.

It was not at the yard sale today so don't know if it was out for a test drive or got purchased. I was in a rush and didn't stop to ask. I am going back that way tomorrow and will stop and ask after it. I'll post contact info here if the owner still has it. He claims to have two, the other one silver in similar condition. I'd guess blue tex interior on that one but don't know.
I am in Central AZ near Cottonwood, Camp Verde, Sedona but the yard sale is out in the boonies. No craigslist ad or anything on it.
