Looked at this cherry today

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/aw-cgi/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=1807265925

Yeah, its rougher in person. I thought I could get it cheap, pound out the dents and drive it into the ground. Well the owner before me beat me to it.

This thing was so dirty inside, the bugs were trying to find a cleaner place to live. Crud and accumulated skin oil caked everything. Had a strange odor inside too. EVERYTHING was dirty. The engine couldn't have been any dirtier if it was dipped in oil then you threw dirt at it. I couldn't belive my eyes.

Apparently the previous owner was a big fan of "herbal" suppliments becuase the ash tray and arm rest compartment were lined with various pot seeds, stems and tiny chunks of burnt rolling papers. A mess indeed.

It actually didn't drive too badly, it was slower than a 617 turbo. Shifts were pretty soft.

I thought the buy-it-now would be MUCH higher than the actual reserve price, turns out he still wants $14,500 for it. About $5,000 over priced, IMO, with the damage/dirt and the mileage.

I don't think I want it anyway after looking at it, god knows how many times the oil was changed or basic maintenence was performed.

It's a good thing they were not driving an SEL those narrowing marks would look worse than actually are.

It pretty much looks like the doors were kicked in. You'd almost think it was once a stolen car. Or a repo where someone knew it was going to happen and damaged the car on purpose.

Or,

Or,

Well, they're all bad scenerios........

Talking

You really can't tell by looking at the picture that it really was dirty. Only the arm rest looked dirty. It pays to inspect the car before bidding on e-bay.

The owner must have wanted to personalize the car by denting it.:p On the other hand, it would be embarassing to drive a car that looked like that.

The mirror is missing. Do the powers windows work with those dents? Do the doors open and close easy? Does the air conditioning work?
