Has anyone seen a 123 FSM for download?

I'm helping a friend change tranny fluid & fix vacuum pods on an 84 240D. I haven't messed with a 123 & the FSM would be handy to show differences from my SD.

wikileaks? megaupload?

What John said - www.startekinfo.com No need to register or login. In the left margin select MB Workshop Resources then Service Manual Library then in the main section, Model 123 Service Library.

[edit] There isn't a transmission section in the FSM. There might be a transmission fluid section in the maintenance manual.

You're right. I found my hard copy maintenance manual & 83 is the last year listed.

The Model 126 Service Library (89 420SEL) is empty.

It's a terrible interface. You have to select 126 DISC 2 in the splash screen to get to the V8 stuff. Did I say it's a terrible interface?

Thumbs up

I always forget what disc has what chassis. Oh well, I still thank MB for at least having this information available along with the EPC.

You'd think they'd be consistent. If you have an SDL, everything you need is in disc 1. If you have a 124, the engine stuff is in disc 1 and the chassis stuff is in disc 2. You'd also think they'd pay a high school intern for a couple of hours to fix the links so there's no disc 1/disc 2 business online!
