Brake ID Rear 300D 1985

Hi all,
How can I determine which brand of brake caliper I have at the rear of my 1985 300D? The calipers do use the heat shield pressed onto the pistons. 4/85 seems to be a break date for something. I don't know when my car was made. I had one caliper off and looked at it but could find anything definitive, although my vision isn't really all that great anyway.

Looks like they are BENDIX based on pictures of the pad retaining springs I found at another Mercedes site.

The pad retainer pins on Bendix calipers are secured with hitch pin clips. ATE calipers don't use clips.
