I did. The pictures are not very clear, but it looks like all the teeth are stripped off the oil pump sprocket. If so - how is that possible? Did the pump seize? If that's not it... we need better photos, or some hints at what to look at.

I wonder if this is a case of the pump sucking up one of the nuts from the windage tray?

One other interesting thing I noted... this engine has the same trap delete pipe that the US engines got.

The .971 windage tray has 4 sections vs what the fifth picture shows as a 3 section windage tray and a separate tray between the oil pump and mains. Looks like the #1 and #3 mains have an extension piece or they have a taller profile.

I'll post the pics when i finish ripping it apart, but what happened was the chain for the oil pump ate through the chain tensioner. That resulted in the chain skipping on the oil pump sprocket and lead to it's demise. The oil pump works fine and i will only be replacing the sprocket and chain and tightener.
