Rich,

How much difference is there between the original and the updated version? I still havent yet had the chance to install my 1st Gen one and if it's just a couple of parts that are different, I'd like to upgrade to eliminate the idler, if possible. If not, no big deal, I'll run with what I've got, hopefully itll be done by summer so we don't always have to take my wife's car everywhere. Thanks again for engineering this so I didn't have to!

They are totally different. By the way, I sent the parts for CAD plating, and should get them back by the end of the week. I have 3 plates welded now, and should get a warm day soon to finish the rest of them. I am just going to paint the plates, as I wanted to get this project going. I decided that painted plates will work fine, and the other parts plated. I hope to have the kits ready to send out in a couple weeks....Rich

If you are still taking orders...

Put me down for one. If I can make it work like it's supposed to, I may order a second one as the weather gets warmer. Both for W126's.

Thanks!

The final cost will be $180 + $20 Priority S/H for a total of $200. Sorry, I don't have paypal. CA$H only please. You will need to have all the hoses made, and provide a Sanden compressor. The kit will come with the plate, adjusting brackets, belt, oil cooler line mount, and all hardware to mount the compressor and plate. If you are installing it on a 616 (240D), you will need a different belt (I will post the size)....Rich

My Kit arrived, Thanks Rich.

This AC Bracket and related parts are really well made, and well worth the money. If you are on the fence thinking about it, go for it.
