Hi
I finally got around to pop testing my injectors nozzles, the range is from 130 Bar to 95 Bar and everywhere in between for the other 3. Would this cause a rough idle, smoking or any other symptoms? . What is the problem with out of spec nozzles?. These are Bosio nozzle and spray good with no leakage/dripping installed on my N/A engine

On this motor you want the injectors to pop at 115 bar, plus or minus 3 bar. So you need some shims to get this in spec. Have you taken these injectors apart?

I had them apart a few years ago when i installed the Bosio nozzles, but i did not test them at that time
