Have you check for holes in the wheel wells? That was my problem. But, you would only get water in the car while driving if that's the problem.

Could be the front windshield, and double check the rear. Also could be a leak under the cowl behind the hood. Water getting in will settle in the rear footwells.

Incline?

Is the car parked on an incline? Even a minor one? Any chance you can get a hose and test? Water can come from many areas and end up far away from the leak. We're assuming here it wasn't moving.

Passenger side hood hinge pocket has a rust thru hole leaking into the car interior.

Have you removed the battery and pan yet?

If that looks good then time to play detective...

Pull passenger side lower dash
Pull carpet mats front and rear
Pull passenger seat
Get inside car with strong flashlight and a couple old towels
Find friend to spray water from the hose-pipe like it's pouring rain.
focus on the hood hinge area and the cowl air intake areas
Watch under the dash for water trickling in.

As previously said.

My front Drains were entirely plugged and there is evidence it casued watter to pool in the pocket that the Hood Springs go in to on the Fender Well. I had holes rusted through both sides in that area.

The Water that got in there went down and back where it pooled under the Rear Floor Mats.
