your 99 will not have a dipstick for the trans. it's locked. the computer monitors It I guess.
there is an EGR delete thread for this particular engine OM606 there will most likely be a special tool or convaluted tool to take the fan clutch off. the way they did my 87 was certainly interesting to watch

Transmission dipstick is a separate tool. A search will bring up how to make your own and/or places to get one. They are about $30 on e-bay. I do not believe that the computer tracks the ATF level.
The Classic Center should soon have a new supply of the service CD's for the 210. They had to send their supply back to the manufacturer because there was some sort of problem with them.

Member Kartek created an EGR delete for the 606.962.
Fan clutch is held on by a center hex bolt. There is a special tool to hold the WP shaft and pulley while to lossen it. You may need to remove the front crossmember and pull the rad forward a bit to get some working room. I've got the dip stick, inj and dv sockets and other odds and ends if anyone wants them. Pop tester too. No use for them anymore.
