Exclamation 1987 300TD Transmission pan gasket leak

1987 300TD TURBO WAGON, 6-CYL
LEAK ON TRANSMISSION PAN GASKET
REPLACED GASKET TWO TIMES, BUT LEAKS IN SAME PLACE.
LEAKS ON RIGHT SIDE WHERE THE GASKET REPLACEMENT HOLD TAB IS.

1987 300 TD WAGON
TRANSMISSION GASKET LEAKS. REPLACED TWO TIMES. STILL LEAKS IN SAME PLACE.
LEAKS ON RIGHT SIDE AT GASKETREPLACEMENT HOLD TAB

is your pan bent or damaged in any way? if it is you'll need to fix it, look for damage in the area. have you over compressed the gasket?

clean the entire transmission around the pan. make sure it's TOTALLY dry, and clean, so you can see if the oil is leaking from above the pan.

I would replace the pan.

Tighten with a screwdriver type tool. Tighten each bolt a little at a time going around the pan.
