NEW Bundt Replicas on Ebay
Does anyone know the quality of these "new replicas"?
A set of 4 is going for about $600 with shipping. "Complete set of 4 beautiful 6.5 X 14" replica wheels of the stock alloy wheel that came originally on most Mercedes in the 1970's and early 80's. These rims will fit any Mercedes models up to 1985. Painted silver and clear coated for the correct original look. Brand new lug bolts and center caps will be included. All rims are in stock and will be shipped immediately after payment is confirmed. Please provide year and model of your Mercedes Benz when ordering." I've seen some poor quality bundts the ones I have do not have the steel lug ring on them. the poor resolution pic of that wheel appears to be an acutal MB Bundt... I'd ask for some actual pics of the wheels in high quality before bidding that kind of money... heck, before bidding ANY money, I'd just get a set of OE bundts, and clean and paint them... like 120.00 finished set...

That is Adsit, which is a company that sells accessories and some parts for Mercedes at generally inflated prices, mainly through a catalogue.
They are also noted for a unique customer 'service' philosophy. Google "Adsit lawsuit" and "Adsit complaints" and draw your own conclusions.

I'd rather have ugly steel wheels on my car that poorly made alloys that break when a pothole is hit. That's why my cars either have OE wheels, or OEM wheels

I can't comment on the quality of the wheels. They could be very nice examples. With that said, bundt wheels are a dime a dozen right now and you can get a nice used set for around $200.

I've heard the design is slightly different than the standard OE bundt wheels. For one, I remember somebody purchased a set years ago, and they noted the center cap mount and lip are different. The lip is slightly wider, and the center cap mount has a different design.
But for that amount of money, you could get a decent set of OE 14 x 6.5 bundts, restore them professionally (as long as they are not chrome) and still be ahead of the game. |

Fifteen inch for the 123s might have seen more action. Even if they had never been available. They were available for the 126 I thought from the factory. I agree that used 14 inch originals are almost a dime a dozen in comparison.
