Anyone know the size of the copper crush washer that goes on the Banjo Bolt fitting on the back of the intake? The one that goes to the ALDA through the switchover valve. Dealer doesnt have them and doesnt know the size.......

I don't know the sizes but Members have said Ace Hardware has Copper Washers.

I use the Harbor Freight Copper Washer assortment and have been know to take a File to the inside of the Washer to get it to fit when they were too tight.

For the ALDA Fuel Injection shops will have the small Washers or maybe the Manifold Banjo Bolt size. They get Gasket Kits and do not use all of the Washers because the kits are made to fit a bunch of Models of IPs.
Where I used to worked we had about a 1 gallon Box of new extra Copper Washers and a larger one with extra O-rings not used in the rebuilds.

If you can't locate an 8mm, any decent auto parts store will have 5/16" copper brake line seals.

Are the crush washers for the other banjo bolts (not the main one that the filter attaches to but the others for the fuel system) this same size?

As I remember the banjo bolt on the rear of the intake manifold (Boots Line) uses 2 aluminum washers. seems that is what I have pulled off of a lot of them at PNP.

Though it probably doesn`t matter, alum vs copper, just so it seals.
