You are not saying which Vehicle you plan to use it on.

On the w123s with 617.952 Engines the only place pressurized Oil comes out is the Oil Pressure Gauge line/Fitting/the Turbocharger Feed Tubing going to the Turbocharger and the Oil Feed Line to the Fuel Injection Pump.

I have not read of anyone that makes a "T" to tap into the Oil Pressure line.

In the Manual Oil goes through the Oil Cooler Hoses after a certain temp. But, one of our member said there is always some Oil Flow throug the Oil Cooler.

The Oil Filter Housing is the easiest place to drill and Tap in. The Oil Filter Housing Lid is the easiest to drill into as you can take it off.
If You some how manage to bugger up the Lid it is easily replaced.

The Valve Cover is a common place to drill and tap for the return Oil.
Another possible area is there is an Oil Fill Plug on the Fuel Injection Pump that can be drilled and Tapped for the return Oil.

Here is my Thread where I installed a Bypass Oil Filter.

My apologies, I am working a 1984 300D 123 body. I am currently using this centrifuge to clean the waste motor oil I fuel this car with.

I saw the post on the Aux oil filter. Thank you, I will aske my question in the post so I can refer to the photos you included.
