quesiton about an 85 300d turbo federal alda..
Why does my alda not look like many of the ones on this forum? The banjo bolt that goes from the switchover to the alda has another vacuum hose attached to the end of the banjo like this pic. What is this vacuum hose for and why do other models not have it?

The line in the center of the banjo bolt goes to the blue vac pod (Blue Flying Saucer). it has something to with the shifting of your transmission. think it was first added in the 84 model.
Here is a thread with a diagram. Found a disconnected hose coming out of the blue flying saucer, where does it go? Or do a search on Blue Flying Saucer. Charlie
