breather elbow specs?

does anyone know the id on each end of the breather hose elbow for a om617?

this part: 1982 Mercedes-Benz 300SD Sedan - Oil Circulation - Page 3

One end fits over the cam cover nipple, the other fits inside the item below it, but I don't have any measurements.

I have the one in the attachment on both cars.
