W126 Water Leak

My 1991 350SD has water puddling in the rear passenger side floor area at the depressions where the front seat is bolted. I've done all the water leak searchs and did most of the things recomended: Sunroof front drains are clear (not sure if there are rear drains), took out battery and found nothing, took off covering around wippers to get access to front drains - found rusted hole about an inch up from drain hole, repaired with pour-15 one coat followed by fiber glass matt than followed with three more coats of pou-15. Made sure drain holes were clear. Seals around front and rear windows appear good. Wife had car out for the first time in the rain since repair and the water puddling is back. Hours after it stopped raining water was still sipping in. I would cleaning it up and after a while water is back again. What a frustration. Any suggestions????

SOOOO many places for the water to originate. there are rear drains. if you found rust up front, you can bet it's in the rear as well. pull the kick panels under your dash, and see if you can find any water trails. front windshield is the most common source. the problem is, if it's from the windshield, the water will be running under the soundproofing. so you'll have a hard time locating it.

My car had a water leak below the windshield in the cowling that caused water to pool there.

So you've got water pooling around the B pillar area? I would suspect you've got a bad window seal on your front window. Remove the A pillar trim, and have a partner hose down the windshield. Remove the passenger side carpeting and observe.

My friends parts 560SEL had water pooling in that same area on the driver's side. His front windshield seal leaks

Thanks for all the replies. Guess I need to investigate the front windshield seal. How do I remove the A pillar trim?
Also how do I locate the sunroof rear drains?
Thanks
