No fuel to injectors, 99 E300D

Monday my car wouldn't start. Plugs are getting hot, so I cracked an injector line and sure enough no fuel. Came on here and started researching. Most of it lead my to the K40 relay. Car has almost 250k miles and figured it was due for a change. Part came in today and I swapped it out and no luck. I removed the fuel tank return line and it squirted fuel out while cranking. So I know fuel is getting to the pump, but it is not getting to the injectors. Makes me think their is an electrical issue, but what could it be?

If the Fuel Pressure Relief/Overflow Valve failed Fuel would still come out of the return line but there might not be enought pressure to feed the Elements.

I don't know if your Shutoff Valve is Vacuum or Electronic; I don't know enough about the newer Cars to tell.

Well I looked at a parts place and your Shutoff Valve is Electronic/Electrical. Maybe some one can give you info on how to trouble shoot the Valve ($117 each at the place I looked).
