Gustav (Gus) has been doing Porsche gasoline injektion pumps for me since 1995. He did a Porsche 5.4 litre flat 12 pump for me once and did a great job. Didn't know he was still around!!!!

2 bar and you bend rods. I ran around at 18psi for 3 months, putting 150miles/day with no issues. 18psi because I was spraying methanol, and I had a different turbo on it.

Cruzer-A real NOS pump should be worth a couple hundred, assuming it's not actually a cleaned junkyard pump with caps on it. a JY pump usually goes for ~$60

I assume it is a real NOS pump. The guy I bought the car from seemed about as honest as they come, though i suppose he could have just been a really good liar . is there anyway i could verify for sure whether or not it is truly NOS? I would hate to inadvertently provide misleading. information.

Thanks,

Drew

Yep, I was fascinated by the many cutaway model pumps he had on display at his counter - interesting to see the inner workings of our IP's. He installed new nozzles and balanced my injectors last year - great guy as you know!

Take a look and see if any are selling on eBay and how much they are selling for.

Got an extra set of injektors from Dad today. All have the rounded pintle. None have the extended, 'shouldered' pintle that I installed new (Bosch) in 1998, shown on the right....?????

Just delivered an AC Cobra that came in for brake work, pulled the engine on a Porsche Carrera 4 that needs a clutch, replaced a couple of coils on a Gallardo and settling in now to build a few extra injektors for the 300SD
