The last few days i have been busy installing the airco.
The most trouble i had, the condenser, there was no way fitting it right.
Most of the day was lost in that. Why? because i have the wrong condenser. The one i need is not made anymore.

Its much easier to fit the condenser with the radiator out if you haven't already removed the radiator.

Thank You for the schematics in my post regarding instalation of airconditioner.

I had the same problem with fitting condenser that is not ment to be there. I'll put photos these days. I had to cut of existing radiator cariers and made all new cariers for both radiator and condenser. I damaged, unfortenetly, condenser, while trying to bend hoses from compressor. Now I'm waiting for new condenser and drier, and already changed hoses (I have taken two different hoses from compšressor and put them together in one that can manage. Now I have conectors for R12 and R134a freon gas ).

Now I have problem to put all the wires together. I'm loocking at the schematics that You put, and it seems that this is too strange form me...

Can U help?
Can U put another picture with english translation of connectors on cable picture. The man who sold me the used AC gave me a lot of cables, but some of necesery conectors missing.

So, I have to wire together :
- compressor,
- termoswitch (I gues it has to be on the motor head, or is it used existing one that is already on motor block and it is used for switching radiator fan ?)
- air fan for condenser and white resistor for two fan speeds
- drier pressure switches
- AC relay for 4Zlynder
- mass (chassey- negative)
- Sensor that is in inside condenser - aluminum stick (between motor and cabin)
- Two switches inside of the cabin (one for switching AC on and the other for blower) and recirculating air switch
- and I suppose that some of the wires are going into fuse box.

Thank You in advance.

You have the same problem as me, your donor airco comes from a 190E 1.8.
Because of the, you have to rebuild en airco loom in the engine room.

Also you need a other aircorelay, one for a diesel.
Does your 190D have a automatic? if not make it more difficult.
You need a RPM sensor that counts the starter-ring on the flywheel.
An automatic has this by default.

The cableloom in the interior, you have to find the wires, and cut them out. and make a new loom for it. It are only a few wires. The only goes 1 wire to the fusebox, that will switch the airco on or off.

Thank You for replaying, friend.
Yes indeed, my AC I have purchased is from 1.8 gasoline.
Mine is manual shift gear car.
I have a few questions, if You don't mind?

1 - The cableloom in the interior, you have to find the wires, and cut them out. and make a new loom for it Are You refering to wires for turning the climate and vent on and off?
On this picture I don't see any of wires for the interior or where they have to be conected?

2 - I have a relay that is probably gasolyne. Can You supply me with mercedes factory number ot the relay needed?

3 - Microswitch full load on full throttle Where this connector goes? (On what?)

4 - Temp. switch on engine What kind of temperature switch is this? Is it the same one that I use for engine fan?

5 - What kind of sensor on flywheel is it? Where does it goes on gearswitch? Is there a factory set place for instalation of that?

I'm sorry for questions, but here, where I live, the only place where I can purchase the missing parts are used car wreckages with used parts, ebay is still half part unavailable here and bulding AC on my own is something that everyone said it would be impossible so I have another reason to make it work!

Thanks again!

Edit: I just checked my Relay. Factory number is 0025451205 and as much as I could find is that relay is the same for diesel or gasoline...

1: On the picture, is only the loom for the engine, the interiorloom, i dont have a picture anymore. You really need to use the diagram, you can find the colors of the wires you need.

http://rjwiersma.nl/W201/Schaltplane1.jpg

This schema is for a petrol, but you can see the wires clear for the interior loom. In need the year of the donorcar, then i can give you a vacuum schema for the recirculation.

2: You need this aircorelay: A0015458105
You cant use a petrol relay, because it uses signals from the ECU.

3: you can use the micro-switch, from a M102, it will fit nicely.
When you floor the car, below 2200 rpm the airco is switched off

4: The one i use for the 2.5D is a 3 pin tempswitch. its a 105/115 degrees.
On 105 degrees engine temp the electric aircofan is switch on on full power, On 115 degrees the airco is switched off.

5: There is a factory position for the sensor, its below the startermotor. You have to drill a hole in it.

Picture of the full load switch

pinout aircorelais feet:
With pin-number, function, color wire, you can ignore the kickdown

Thank You so much SuperCow. This helped me more then chasing arround various forums for months this winter.

I thought that full load is the same as the kickdown? I guess that kickdown is received normally from another relay, so You installed microswitch on the trottle wire (is that what full load mean? when You step on the gas pedal to the flor)

I will try to add that feature to my AC but mine engine is 2.0 diesel that is already unable to show any power bcouse it is only 53 Kw of power, and I guess that maybe it is not necesseary.

For what is the sensor on the flywheel? I hvae one with other cables from the old car. I see the pin on relay but what is the purpose? To switch off AC if the revolution of the flywheel goes to slow? Or to increase throttle?
Can this sensor be used later for instalation of tachometer (I don't have one at the moment)

Again, sorry for the lot of questions, but I'm trying to fing the correct way for all of this.

Supercow, I hope that You still read this forrum. I finally decides to put all together and i have problem to put ac to work. When i connect rpm wire to relay rpm goes to zero, further, i don't know where switches from drier go, which to what connector on relay. The switch on control board, when You put it example to half, does it regulate fan speed or compressor on and off? I connected wires and comprrssor still doesn't turn on, like some of the terms is not furfilled. Wen I turn compressor on manually, ac works...
Thanks in advance

the 2 sensors on the dryerfilter:
1 sensor has 2 brown wires, this one switch the auxfan
The other is a check sensor the that system is not empty.
The wire from the temperature slider goes over it. you could bypass it temporary.

But first, are you using a diesel airco relais? and have you installed a rpm sensor @ the flywheel? this has to be a sensor from a diesel, petrol sensor doesn't work.

Here is a schema:
