OM606.910 injector nozzles

Hi, Does anyone know where I can buy good injector nozzles other than bosch for my 95 mercedes e300d? Karma tdi does not carry them nor diesel Giant.

Try contacting member "Tomnik" and see if he has any. He's a great guy, based in Germany.

I replaced the original injectors with bosch india rebuilds. The improvement was immediate, but only lasted 35,000 miles. The injectors were shot.

I kept the original MB injectors and searched for a long time before I found Pete Baranko at dbwllc(DOT)net in Boise. He rebuilt my injectors, installed bosio nozzles, shimmed, and tested each one to within one pound.

I installed them last week and they are awesome. Super easy start up, perfectly smooth idle, good acceleration, good power at speed, quiet all the way across the power band. I paid around $500 for all the work, but see it as critical and worth every penny. I recommend dbw without hesitation.

You can get Bosch from MB dealer for $57 a piece.

Or send them to member grezzer for refurbishment.

I wonder if they are Bosch Germany or Bosch India? A few people have complained that the Indian ones get very noisy after a short period.

When I called mb dealer they told it will take 3-5 business days and it will come from Germany.

I have a freind in the UK who has a 210 body OM606 turbo, he bought new injectors from MB - which did come in from Germany, they started to nail after 20,000 miles, this time he had them opened up at a diesel shop and there were Made in India nozzles in them.

He replaced them with gamma diesel nozzles - Italian and then ran another 50,000 silent miles before he sold that car.

i used fratelli bosio nozzles on my 606.912. i don't know for sure, but probably the 606.910 takes the same ones. i bought them from either kerma or diesel giant, i can't remember which, but they were the only source i could find for them.

you might also try your local diesel injection shop. they may have some nozzles on the shelf already.

The OM606.910, 912 and 962 all use the same DN0SD310 nozzles. Bosio make them really nice. I believe the originals were french Bosch
