When I purchased my car only one window was working, and the driver window was removed, because mine were rusted. I ended up taking them out of the car, cleaning them up and reinforcing them, then put them back in and glued them onto the window with gorilla glue. Haven't had a problem in over 3 months.

Well, windows have been swapped. Have to remove the window lift in order to R&R the window. Even then, everything is a tight squeeze.

Having done the driver's front and my 107 both sides previously helped. Sometimes you are certain there is no way the glass or the regulator will go in or come out, then somehow it just happens
