California vs Federal?

My newly aquired '83 300SD was sold new in California. What differences are there between the Cali and non-Cali cars?

Nothing major like the 85's. A few vacuum line differences and possibly camshaft/valve timing.

There should be no significant differences for an 83.

Good deal! I've read all about the trap oxidizers, reaclls, etc. Looks like i don't have anything to worry about in that department.
