91 602 - turbo replacement options ?

Hello,

Turbo is stiff to turn by hand and bearrings are suspect - also oil in pipe at connection at compressor side of turbo at 201K and considering replacing turbo. does anyone know of a functionaly similar or reasonable upgrade in a Garrett.
