That's exactly what I did. The needle nosed method works fine. It's been a few months since I finished that tear down and got all the seals back on but it sure is nice to have NO OIL LEAKS ANYWHERE!!! ... Now I'm debating on whether or not to mess with the AC or just leave it and sweat out the four months of the year when we need it.
