Leaks? Can you measure the boost? Have you done a compression test on the engine (I forget)?

I will do the compression test in next days.

But i am moving from post argument. I will look to conclude with installation of engine here.
I have to modificate air connection between turbo and air intake. I need 2 cm to close plastic cover of engine without modification on the cover.

Today i made 200 km test drive and i had feeling at the end that car was faster. Maybe i have to make more 1000 km to let thinks (piston rings) to sit at there place right (engine was out of use for more than one year) . Because my test of compression was bad: i had only 14 bars of pression at 5h cylindr.
( i need beter tool to take down other injctors and test them also)
What do you think?
I made also a video today. I will put it on youtube next week. And work on air intake system from turbo.

Maybe. On the 616 visco clutch there was a tab which could be bent down to activate the clutch at all times if the visco part failed. Perhaps there is on your clutch too and someone bent the tab down.

I have lost bimetal on my visco. That is because my visco is always on.
I did the air intake modification. Now i am driving around. About low compresion i will wait some 1000 km in hope that piston rings will get free by themself. I have some work more on chassy to fit engine cover at best. And about video and pictures it will take some time. At home i have no more internet and phone is not so practic. At office i have some system restriction.
We have rain but is nice to roling around.

Well it sounds like everything is going in the right direction - congratulations! (And get friendly with the IT department at work to get those restrictions relaxed)

I did modification on air intake from turbo (post #77).
Now i am on the point to do also #64 (let consider it as jet done).
And i will do wood flooring to make for the same height as turbo cover
(attached picture).
Turbo cover is attached with screws. In case i have to remove it to get to turbo.

What to say on the end?

Thank you.

So I assume the vehicle is officially on the road? As in also passed the safety test - can be legally driven?

You should be able to go back in time in that one now.
