glovebox issue
The same old 80 300SD.
The inner black plastic of the glovebox lid is cracked. This causes things to not sit right and the lid opens going over bumps sometimes. Is it possible to fix? What I have in mind is getting the plastic piece and trading it with my cracked one. Any problems with this idea that anyone can see? I would rather ask now than have the part sent to find it won't happen. Thanks again!

Just fixed this myself on my later 126.125 (300SDL). The part was about $14.00 from Parts Shop. Shoot Phil an e-mail and he'll verify the part number and price.

Just fixed my glovebox door, check latch striker plate has both screws and that they're not loose.It's just a small point that gets overlooked normally, but it saved me a few quid.Bear
