Cool Help With Headlight Upgrade

I was thinking of getting a pair of PROJECTOR HEADLIGHTS for my '84 SD. Found some on ebay.

http://www.ebay.com/itm/370761625451?sspagename

The picture shows 3 prongs at the rear plus 2 wires for a BLUE bulb. Shouldn't the main bulb just plug in? Ad says installation guide not included. Don't know what to do with the 2 wires. I'm not an electrical wiz, so I need help.
Thanks

Those projectors are fake the actually disperse the light straight out the sides. I bought the same style H6054 on eBay and ran them in my fiero with HIDs, it was terrible.

Do a euro headlight swap with DEPO headlights. Best decision you can make in terms of headlights.

Do not buy the eBay setup its legitimately dangerous.

I disagree.

After installing the DEPO on the SDL, I found them to be quite good when brand new with regard to light output. But, several years later, the durability wasn't there, and, apparently, the reflector didn't survive well in the wide temperature variations that the headlamp suffers.

On the SD, I did not get the "Euros" preferring to simply replace the DOT headlight bulb with a properly designed Hella european bulb that accepts the H4:

Susquehanna MotorSports - Auto Performance Product

I've had them for about six years now and, unfortunately, it's time for another set due to erosion of the external glass due to road debris. They are a bit costly, however.

I've only had my depos 2 years. I will have to keep an eye on them.

I replaced my headlights with similar "projector" lights

Here is the link to the ebay auction:
7x7 Round Projector Glass Headlight 4300K H4 HID High Low Beam Large Ballast | eBay

I installed them without a whole lot of trouble. I did have to drill out the backs of the aluminum headlight housings with a 2.5" hole saw in order to make room for the HID bulbs which stick out further toward the back. I have aimed the new headlights as close to factory as is possible. The light dispersion is not as good as I would have hoped, but I do not get flashed by oncoming cars and my overall nighttime visibility is vastly improved.

Things I liked:
These 4300K HID bulbs and ballasts do not flicker, and color temperature is exactly what I wanted (I don't like the bluish look at all)
The High/Low beam feature preserves the factory function and works well
The provided harness is excellent, and worked perfectly - saving tons of time
Nighttime visibility is at least 2X the original sealed beams
The amp draw was reduced by half
They look great on the car
Really cheap!

Things I didn't like:
The light dispersion pattern for the reflectors is not ideal - there is a hot spot toward the center of the light patterns, and they do not spread the beam low and wide in low beam mode
The "projector" lens is for looks only and actually has a negative impact on the beam spread

HID/Projector on older Benz....Definitely worth it. The link below is my HID/Projector upgrade that I just finished.......total cost was about $80.
