Wipers acting up
Afternoon all
I have a 1986 W 126 When the wipers are turned on (intermittent) they will suddenly stop at any place on the windshield. After the cycle runs out they restart and stop again.... But if they are on low or high they do not stop at all, Is the problem with the MFS? (Combo switch) or does it reside with the wiper motor itself. Regards Big Dan

Thanks Yuke!
I did try a new relay but no luck still the same problem but..... Yesterday we had a good rainfall the wipers on intermittent worked fine but as soon as the windshield got dryer the wipers were feeling some resistance and stopped again. So when its very wet all is good,,,,weird

wiper problem
Guess I'd start checking the wiper motor itself.
