vintage wood sterring wheel

Has anyone ever replaced their steering wheel on their 123 with a vintage look wood steering wheel?

I have one I got from PNP but need to clean it up and get an adaptor, came off a W108. forgot I have it till you brought it up. here is a thread from a while back.

there were three HP ratings on the OM616...

1) Not much power
2) Even less power
3) Not nearly enough power!! 240D w/auto

Anyone that thinks a 240D is slow drives too fast.

Thank you for the link, I really linkthe vintage look with the wood steering wheel. I guess is from all those roadster I drove. Now I need to find the adapter to accept the wheel I found. Oh yeah, care to give me a heads up on the removal of the old wheel?
