I might have solved the power issue. Correct fuel pressure now, resonator delete, cooling fan delete

Much better now. Still one hill the car hates. Really steep one up to the inlaws. I dont care much if the car can do that hill
 electric fan will be going on once I get a temp switch. Never sit in traffic and keep an eye on the temp. Right now it is rarely above freezing.
