Intake manifold and glow plug torque

I will be replacing the glowplugs and the intake manifold gasket this weekend.
I need the torque specs for these items.
I think the torque for the gp's are 27nm.
But havent found any info on the torque for the inatke manifold.
If someone would be kind enough to help with this, that would be great thanks.

Approx 25nm for both.

It's also not a bad idea to try searching the forum. I found threads that had info on both by searching "intake manifold torque" and "glow plug torque" respectively. Just a suggestion.
