W115 Horn Mount = Ground
Dumb Question - do our horns ground at all via the the stud exiting rear of horn to mounting bracket to body? Could a corroded mount affect horn function?

I'm gonna go out on a limb and say if it has two wires going to it then probably not lol. My w115 is about 30 miles away otherwise I would check it out

Typically MB horns have two wires, meaning one for power and another for ground.
On the W115 the horns are close to the ground. Lots of exposure to road debris/grime/corrosion. |
