190d flywheel bolt torque specs

anybody have the torque specs for the 85 190d flywheel for a stick?

Or the alternate method favored by most back yard amachooers, "Tighten till it squeaks and then one half turn".

I found it one place....looks like 22 Ft lb., then turn 90 to 100 degrees for the stretch.

Flywheels all neutral?

So are all these 190 and 605 motors using neutrally balanced flywheels or is it an issue like the 123 cars?
