Add to the list:
Master cylinder replaced with new ATE unit new rear brake pads rebuilt rear brake calipers Complete brake system flush with DOT4 fluid Previously done- Replaced cruise control actuator Replaced cruise control stalk Rebuilt cruise control computer. |
In the past month I have completed the following:
New lower ball joints Motor mounts Upper control arms Brakes are all buttoned up and working great Headlights have been adjusted |
I replaced the transmission mount last Sunday and boy is this like a brand new car!!! There are absolutely no vibrations or shaking in the cabin any more. The first time I started the car, I thought the engine died and I was about to re-start it before I saw the oil pressure building. Engine and transmission mounts make a world of difference. I will never put up with the rough idle again.
FYI: the transmission mount was a Meyle and made in Germany. |
Oh, Add to the list:
Differential fluid change. Full synthetic. |
